What We Do
We are an affiliation of economists and financial economists who provide expert reports, depositions, and testimony to assist triers of fact in arriving at estimates of economic damages in various types of litigation. Our expert witness services are most often sought in determining economic loss associated with earning capacity and other economic loss in motor vehicle accidents, 18 wheeler accidents, offshore personal injury, wrongful termination and wrongful death. Recently, we have provided expertise in determining economic losses to business and property owners as a result of Hurricane Katrina and breach of contract cases. Additionally, we have been previously retained to estimate losses in class action litigation as well as medical mal-practice.
